Troubleshooting the Card Reader (Part 1): Setting Up the Card Reader
If the Shopify POS App is not connecting to the card reader, it is possible the card reader has become unpaired from the tablet, and needs to be set up again.
Make sure you are using the matched set of tablet / card reader (A or T).
Make sure the card reader is on (at least 2 blue lights when you quickly press the power button)
In the Shopify App, tap the CONNECTIVITY ICON in the bottom-left corner (2nd from bottom)
Tap "Set up new device"
Tap "Card Reader"
Tap "Tap & Chip"
When it finds the card reader, tap "Connect", then wait
